Fantasy Bob is on a totally undeserved holiday far from the eyes of the paparazzi who continually hound him. However in case you are lonely in his absence he has fed the bowling machine with some highlights lazily trawled from YouTube.
In lower league cricket fielding takes many forms. Acts of supreme athleticism are followed by displays of shocking ineptitude. In many grounds the outfield is less than billiard table smooth and the ball can take a tooth destroying leap just as it approaches the fielder’s carefully practised long barrier. But at least lower league cricketers do not have the ignominy of the cameras there to record a slight fumble which becomes a comic turn.
